INFINITE OM is deliberately built without accounts, without profiles and without advertising. We collect as little as possible — and the voice you give still belongs to you.

1 · Who is responsible

2 · If you only listen

Listening to the stream requires no account and no data from you. Connecting transmits your IP address for technical reasons — it is not logged and not stored. Access logs are switched off on our server.

The counter you see (“N voices in the stream”) is simply a number of concurrent connections. It cannot be traced back to any person.

4 · If you let your voice flow into the stream

This happens only when you explicitly choose it. Your voice is personal data; the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

What is then transmitted and stored:

• an audio recording of a single OM breath (no name, no device identifier, no location)
• the measured pitch and its role in the chord (purely technical values)
• the time and the duration you chose
• a random revocation token — as a hash only; the token itself stays solely on your device
• as proof of consent: time, chosen duration, version of the consent text, and a shortened hash of your IP address (not reversible, used only to prevent abuse)

Deletion: After the duration you chose (24 hours, 7 days) the recording is deleted automatically and completely — checked hourly. You can also withdraw your voice at any time in the app via “take my voice back”; it is then deleted without delay. If you choose “until I take it back”, it remains until you do.

Your voice becomes audible to others as part of the shared sound. It stays anonymous: nowhere is it shown or stored whose voice it is.

5 · If you support INFINITE OM (Keepers)

A subscription is handled entirely through your Apple ID in the App Store. We receive neither your name nor any payment data, and no account is created. The app merely asks the system whether a valid subscription exists for this device — the answer is anonymous and contains no information about you. Management and cancellation happen in your Apple ID settings; Apple is your contractual partner for the payment.

6 · Where the data lives

On a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. No transfer to third countries takes place. The website is delivered via Cloudflare under a data processing agreement.

7 · What we do not do

• no advertising, no tracking, no analytics services
• no sharing or selling of recordings to third parties
• no profiling, no automated decision-making
• no use of your voice to train AI models

8 · Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time — fastest inside the app itself. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Because we deliberately keep no accounts, we can only link an uploaded recording to your device through the revocation token. If you delete the app, the token is lost — write to hello@infiniteom.co in that case and we will find a way.

9 · Changes

We update this policy when the app changes. Each version of the consent text is stored alongside your consent, so it stays traceable what you agreed to.
